In all of the above projects Alan Burlock has (using consultants and experts where necessary):
Sourced the sites;
Prepared feasibilities, project cash flows and product and sales research;
Established project budgets;
Drawn, negotiated and executed the contracts to purchase the site, lease and sell the finished properties;
Overseen the design and permit applications with the consultant group;
Liaised and negotiated with statutory authorities with the consultant group;
Undertook environmental reports with the consultant group and cleanups where necessary;
Established the land bank, and project finance for each project;
Managed the consultant teams from initial town planning through to full building documentation and tender packages;
Negotiated and awarded the successful tender for the construction of the project, created and executed the contract;
Overseen the construction, and approved builder’s progress claims;
Managed the marketing of the projects, project sales teams and real estate agents;
Alan Burlock has also supervised the granting of plans of subdivision, issue of certificates of compliance and settlement of sales contracts.
